Job summary

FNB Community Advisor in Elim is a part-time, 12-month contract role focused on delivering exceptional customer service while driving digital adoption. You will support customers, handle inquiries, and contribute to branch targets through effective service and sales activities.

The role emphasizes accuracy, governance, and a proactive approach to learning within a Busy POP environment. Previous experience in client-facing banking is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in financial services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to guide customers toward digital and Self-Service solutions.
