Job summary

Afrirent Holdings is offering five internships in the Customer Contact Centre to enthusiastic graduates and early-career professionals. The program provides practical experience in customer service and calls handling within a supportive environment.

Interns will learn to respond to queries, capture details, and manage service cases while building communications and problem-solving skills for a career in customer service.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate (NQF Level 4).
• Desirable: NQF Level 5 or higher in Office Administration, Customer Care or Related.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer queries received via telephone, email or call centre systems in accordance with service level agreements.
• Providing accurate information and guidance relating to vehicle maintenance, repair bookings, breakdown assistance and service processes.
• Capturing and verifying customer, vehicle and case details accurately on the relevant fleet management systems.
• Creating and managing service cases, including the generation of reference numbers.
• Requesting outstanding documentation / information from customers, internal departments or service providers.

Education
