Job summary

Tracker Connect offers an exciting development opportunity for unemployed South African youth in Gauteng. The programme places participants in our Customer Experience and 24-Hour Critical Services Control Centres to gain practical experience in customer engagement, communication, sales support, problem-solving and business systems.

The Learnership is a fixed-term contract of 12 months with a stipend; no additional benefits are listed.

Qualifications

• Matric
• Minimum Level 4 English and a pass in mathematics/mathematics literacy
• South African citizen with valid SA ID and aged 18–35

Responsibilities

• Provide effective first-contact and one-stop customer resolution.
• Capture and update customer information.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Handle customer queries and electronic communication.
• Develop knowledge of Tracker products, services and systems.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
• Understand invoices, adjustments, credit notes and payment allocations.
• Support data integrity initiatives.
• Contracting and scheduling.
• Develop problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
