Job summary

FirstRand Limited's FNB POP seeks a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service in high-volume branch settings. You will engage customers, identify needs, cross-sell banking solutions, and educate on eChannels and self-service while upholding FAIS, FICA, TCF and internal governance.

You will migrate customers to digital platforms, manage leads and referrals, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a customer-centric brand in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification Grade 12 or NQF4.
• Preferred NQF5 banking/business/admin certificate.
• 1–3 years’ customer-facing experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a branch environment with a positive, ethical approach.
• Identify needs, sell and cross-sell suitable banking solutions.
• Educate customers on digital channels and self-service platforms.
• Process transactions accurately while meeting service targets.
