Job summary

FirstRand Bank Limited is recruiting a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions in a high-volume branch setting. You will engage walk-in and existing customers, promote digital channels, and ensure ethical service aligned to FAIS and TCF standards.

The role emphasizes customer-centric solutions, continuous learning, and collaboration within a dynamic POP team to drive excellent service and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, or related fields recognized by FAIS.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers professionally and promote appropriate banking solutions.
• Educate customers on digital channels and self-service platforms.
• Ensure FAIS, FICA and TCF compliance in all interactions.
• Process transactions accurately and meet service targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage follow-ups.
