Job summary

Rewardsco in Sandton, Johannesburg, is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to be the friendly voice backing our customers, solving problems and delivering a supportive experience from the first ring.

You’ll be trained to handle calls, provide product information, resolve queries, and build strong relationships, while thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven team environment; matric is essential and Gauteng residents preferred.

Qualifications

• Matric mandatory and 12 months customer service experience in call centre/BPO.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Clear criminal record and Gauteng resident.
