Responsibilities

• Servicing customers with holiday or business related, travel requirements in line with Company’s licensing and SARB regulations.
• Adhere to RMCP and Operating Procedures.
• Process transactions on the point of sale system and promote company products and digital channels.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure retention and brand trust.
• Attend to customer queries and escalate when required.
• Promote Omnibus and Hotel B1 Services where possible.
• Maintain office administration and general housekeeping.
• Handle daily cash management, reconciliation and accountability per procedures.
• Follow risk management and security protocols.
• Ensure all cash is securely stored and accounted for.
• Update rate boards and ensure correct rates are displayed.
• Follow opening/closing End of Day procedures and keep registers current.
• Protect customer information in any form per policy and legislation (POPIA).
• Complete daily tasks as per branch checklists.
• Identify training needs for self-improvement.
