Responsibilities

• Servicing customers with holiday or business travel requirements in line with ADLA license and SARB/Regulatory compliance.
• Process transactions on the POS system, upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service to promote customer retention and brand trust.
• Respond to customer queries and escalate until resolved.
• Promote Omnibus and Hotel B1 Services where relevant.
• Maintain up-to-date office administration and housekeeping.
