Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead onboard hotel operations aboard a luxury cruise ship. You will guide guest services, housekeeping, F&B, and entertainment, while developing staff and ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and fluency in English. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected to support a seamless guest experience at sea.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in hotel management, cruise ship or luxury hotel setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills for a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Solid knowledge of hotel operations: guest services, housekeeping, F&B, entertainment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
Able to pass background checks and obtain necessary certifications.

Responsibilities

Assist the Hotel Director in managing all hotel operations onboard the cruise ship.
Oversee training and development of hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of all guest areas including cabins and public spaces.
Collaborate with F&B Manager to ensure high dining standards.
Work with Entertainment Manager to plan onboard activities and events.
Assist in managing budget and inventory for the hotel department.
Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies.
