Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, preferably casino.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome to the casino onboard the cruise ship.
• Assist guests with questions or concerns they may have.
• Promote and explain casino games and activities to guests.
• Monitor the casino floor and ensure guests have a positive experience.
• Build relationships with guests and provide personalized service.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist in organizing and hosting special events and promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming casino events and promotions.
• Monitor and report on guest feedback and suggestions to management.
• Adhere to company policies and gaming regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
