Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications.
• Previous cruise industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the onboard casino, including game tables, slot machines, and other gaming equipment onboard the cruise ship.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with regulations and company policies, including age restrictions and responsible gambling guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections of the casino area to ensure cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
• Train and supervise casino staff, including dealers and cashiers, to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to policies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all casino transactions and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with security and finance for smooth casino operations.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and make recommendations for improvement.
