Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking an experienced Casino Supervisor to lead and coordinate dealers, cashiers and attendants aboard our cruise ships. You will train staff, monitor floor activity and ensure compliance with onboard policies to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervising table games, shipboard experience and strong leadership, with proficiency in casino software and MS Office. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of tables supervising experience.
• Previous shipboard experience is required.
• Extensive dealing experience with Blackjack, American Roulette, Ultimate Texas Hold'em or Three Card Poker, and Dice.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and casino management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the cruise schedule.
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of all casino staff, including dealers, cashiers, and attendants.
• Train and develop new and existing casino staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of their role.
• Monitor the casino floor to ensure that all gaming activities are conducted in compliance with onboard cruise ship policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of casino revenue and expenses, and prepare reports for management.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase casino revenue and profitability.
• Ensure that all casino equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as the bar and entertainment teams, to create a seamless guest experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure the casino is in compliance with all laws and regulations.
