Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a beverage leadership role, cruise ship or luxury hotel preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Health and safety regulations knowledge.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of bars and beverage outlets onboard.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Train and develop beverage staff for high service standards.
• Create beverage menus and promotions.

• Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping for smooth operations.
