Job summary

The Unlimited is seeking a Product Owner: CRM & ERP to shape how our CRM and ERP platforms support customers, staff and operations. You will own and evolve processes, translate business needs into clear priorities and manage roadmaps to deliver practical platform enhancements.

You will optimise integrations, workflows and data flows across multiple business systems, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure scalable, connected solutions that drive real business impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar product-focused role.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of product roadmaps, backlog management, user stories, testing and Agile delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve CRM and ERP processes, ensuring they are connected, scalable and practical for the business.
• Translate business requirements into clear product priorities, manage roadmaps and backlogs, and drive successful delivery of platform enhancements.
