Job summary

The Unlimited is seeking a Business Channel Lead to drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from concept to execution, enhancing growth, customer value and competitive positioning. You will own strategy, business-case development, success measures and delivery across multiple business functions.

You will build strategic partnerships, oversee integrations and fulfilment initiatives, and leverage digital capabilities, automation and AI to scale operations and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years’ experience leading strategic initiatives or complex programmes.
• Proven track record owning initiatives from strategy to implementation.
• Strong commercial and technology understanding with stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Align stakeholders across Product, Technology, Digital, Marketing, Operations and Finance.
• Develop and manage partnerships, integrations and fulfillment initiatives.
• Apply digital capabilities and AI to improve scalability, efficiency and customer experience.
