The Unlimited is seeking a Product Owner: CRM & ERP to lead the design and optimization of our CRM and ERP platforms in South Africa. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into prioritized product roadmaps, drive delivery and ensure seamless integrations across systems.

This role shapes how our customer journeys and operations are supported by technology. You'll own backlog management, user stories, and testing strategies, working in an agile environment to deliver

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar product-focused role.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of product roadmaps, backlog management, user stories, testing and Agile delivery practices.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Product Management or a related field.
