Job summary

You will source, verify and enrich firmographic and contact data across South Africa, create dashboards for sales and compliance, and collaborate with the Information Officer to uphold POPIA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain company and contact records in Zoho CRM and Campaigns with deduplication and enrichment.
• Develop the firmographic database (industry, region, company size) for business development.
• Acquire data through lawful consent-based channels and reputable providers.
• Maintain data hygiene and verification routines to prevent decay.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for sales, compliance and executives.
• Ensure POPIA compliance including consent capture and opt-out records.
