Job summary

Ingenious Holdings Pty Ltd in Johannesburg seeks a CRM Administrator to ensure accurate customer, equipment, and service data in the CRM. You will contact customers by phone and email to verify information, update records, and support service planning and business decisions.

The role requires Matric, a Code 8 driver’s license, strong Excel/CRM/ERP skills, and keen attention to detail. You will work with data, generate reports, and help keep records complete and current.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or 5 years' relevant work experience.
• Valid Code 8 driver's licence.
• Strong computer skills in CRM/ERP systems, Excel, inventory software, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Experience with Autoline ERP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to verify and update company and contact information.
• Capture, maintain, and cleanse customer data within the CRM system.
• Identify and correct duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate customer records.
• Validate equipment and vehicle information, including updating hour meter readings.
• Ensure service interval information aligns with customer maintenance contracts and address discrepancies.
• Generate weekly reports on data validation and data quality activities.
• Maintain professional customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
