Job summary

Zoho is seeking a Business Analyst in Cape Town to advise on functional requirements and drive scalable Zoho implementations with API integrations, HTML, CSS, and Deluge. The role requires understanding API frameworks, micro-services, and SDKs, with experience in Agile and DevOps environments.

You will define project milestones, collaborate with the principal consultant, and ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables while supporting the delivery team and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Provide advisory on how requirements can be implemented from a functional standpoint.
• Design and Develop scalable Zoho Implementations with necessary API integrations, HTML, CSS, Deluge.
• Deep understanding of API frameworks, micro-services and SDKs.
• Experience in development in an Agile and DevOps environment, including change and release management.
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements.
• An excellent overview of web technologies and popular open source solutions.
• Support Project Manager/ Delivery Team in delivering the solution to the customer.
• Define and plan project milestones, phases and different elements involved in the project along with the principal consultant.
• Drive and challenge the presumptions of delivery teams on how they will successfully execute their plans.
• Process Management and Improvement - Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project Management in an Agile Technology Delivery context.

• 5. Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements.

• 7. Support Project Manager/ Delivery Team in delivering the solution to the customer

• Define and plan project milestones, phases and different elements involved in the project along with the principal consultant
• Drive and challenge the presumptions of delivery teams on how they will successfully execute their plans
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction through quality deliverable on time

8. Contribution and coordination of project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (Business and system requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan).

9. Working experience in any one of the following domain like Automobiles, Telecom, Retail, BFSI, Aviation, Health Care and Pharma or Manufacturing is a plus.

10. Process Management and Improvement - Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project Management in an Agile Technology Delivery context.
