Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client and contact records in InterAction.
• Conduct regular data cleansing, de-duplication, validation, and archiving.
• Monitor data quality reports, resolve discrepancies, and process data change requests.
• Ensure proper company associations for contacts to enable reporting, compliance, and BD activities.
• Manage data imports/exports for marketing campaigns and events.
• Assist with data segmentation for targeted BD and marketing.
• Support testing and checking agreed data rules with the MBD Systems Manager.
