Job summary

Fouche & Co Recruitment is seeking an IT: Practice Transition & Data Support specialist to join our Sandhurst-based team in Johannesburg. The role focuses on onboarding and migrating client data for new advisory practices, cleansing and transforming records, and loading data into the CRM system.

You will analyse data to identify risks, troubleshoot integrations, and provide virtual training and ongoing support to regional advisors to ensure accurate, timely data and smooth digital signing

Qualifications

• Matric + relevant IT qualification or certifications.
• 3+ years of experience in data support or technical transition roles.
• Exposure to financial services or wealth management is beneficial.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read code (JavaScript and C#) and understand JSON payloads.

Responsibilities

• Cleanse, sanitize, deduplicate, transform and prepare client data for new advisor practices.
• Execute bulk client data loads into the CRM system.
• Interrogate and analyse data to identify risks, dependencies, and showstoppers early in onboarding.
• Set up and enable bulk digital signatures and pre-populate electronic client sign-ons for advisor practices.
• Troubleshoot electronic processes, system integrations and daily data flows between advisor offices and clients.
• Update internal SLA dashboards and manage change control of practice data into the production environment.
• Provide virtual training and system support to regional advisors and administrative assistants to ensure optimal adoption of digital processes.
