Job summary

Tongaat is seeking a Credit Controller to manage the debtors ledger, including chain stores, and reconcile accounts. You will address debtor inquiries and contribute to credit vetting of new and changed applications as per procedure.

The role demands attention to detail, strong communication, and Excel proficiency; SAP knowledge is an advantage. A matric with progress towards a Credit Management Diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Matric and progress towards a Credit Management Diploma, or equivalent, advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Credit field, computer literate (MS Word, Outlook & proficient in Excel).
• SAP knowledge/experience is an added advantage.
• FMCG/Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Attention to detail with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possession of a valid Driver's Licence would be advantageous.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL QUALITIES:

• Matric and in possession of, or with progress towards, a Credit Management Diploma, or equivalent will be advantageous
