Job summary

Xrecruiter in Durban seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager to own and grow the employer-development pipeline within the province and secure recruitment mandates. You’ll open corporate doors, drive revenue and coordinate with the central team delivering recruitment, finance, and admin support.

You will demonstrate KPI-driven accountability in a startup/growth environment, with experience engaging senior decision-makers and managing complex client relationships.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 essential.
• Relevant Sales, Marketing, Business, HR or related tertiary qualification advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license; reliable transport strongly preferred for client-facing activity.

Responsibilities

• Build a province-specific target-account list and maintain an active CRM pipeline.
• Prospect through calls, email, LinkedIn, networking and face-to-face engagement.
• Secure meetings with HR, TA, Procurement, Operations and executives.
