Placements24 is seeking a Corporate Events Catering Coordinator to lead planning and execution of meetings, conferences, product launches, and client entertainment in Klerksdorp and the North West region. Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating corporate events or catering in hospitality.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with clients and suppliers.
• Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for corporate clients and coordinate inquiries and proposals.
• Develop customized catering proposals and event plans within client budgets.
• Coordinate logistics: staffing, menu execution, venue setup, timing.
• Liaise with culinary team to meet dietary requirements and client expectations.
• Oversee on-site event execution and guest experience.
• Manage timelines from booking to post-event follow-up and CRM updates.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure cohesive planning and feedback sessions.
