Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Catering Manager to oversee corporate events in Rustenburg. This role focuses on coordinating all catering logistics, liaising with clients, managing budgets, and ensuring flawless execution from planning to delivery.

You will be the primary contact for corporate clients, translating their needs into high-quality catering experiences while driving guest satisfaction and business growth in the North West province.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Catering Manager or similar role in event management.
• Strong understanding of catering operations, food service, and event logistics.
• Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously in the Rustenburg area.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of corporate catering events, from initial inquiry to final billing.
• Develop proposals, quotes, and menus tailored to client requirements and budgets.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the event process.
• Supervise catering staff on-site, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to standards.
