Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' recent experience as a Conveyancing Transfers Secretary
• Deceased Estates transfers experience preferred
• Independently handle transfers from instruction to registration
• Subdivisions or consolidations experience advantageous
• Proficient in Lexis Convey; capable of financial calculations within Lexis

Responsibilities

• Independently attend to property transfers (including Deceased Estates) from receipt to registration
• Draft transfer documentation and liaise with clients, deeds offices, etc.
• Calculate finances and compile statements and accounts
• General conveyancing secretarial duties
