Bridgena Barnard Personnel Group is seeking a Bonds Specialist for a leading Northern Suburbs law firm in Cape Town. You will manage the bond process from start to finish, liaising with clients, attorneys and bank panels to ensure smooth conveyancing operations.

The role offers a basic monthly salary of R40,000–R50,000 with Provident Fund, annual bonus and a market-related negotiable package. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established conveyancing team and advance your career.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric required.
• Solid experience in a law firm and conveyancing.
• Proven bonds experience and related matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle bonds end-to-end from application to registration.

• Maintain accurate administration and meet deadlines.

What you’ll bring:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Relevant industry qualification advantageous
• Solid experience within a law firm and Conveyancing environment
• Proven experience handling Bonds and related matters
• Strong ability to liaise professionally with clients, attorneys and Bank Panels
• Excellent administration, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
