Qualifications

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Instrumentation, or related field (PM certification is a plus).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management within control systems, electrical and instrumentation sectors.
• Knowledge: Familiar with automation/ control systems software (PLC, SCADA) and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget and resources.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams; ensure clear communication.
• Technical Oversight: Guide control systems, electrical engineering and instrumentation work.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and mitigate to ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Report status to clients, team members, and management.
• Budget Management: Monitor budgets and financial targets.
• Documentation: Maintain project docs, specs, and change orders.
