WNS South Africa is seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead and govern the operational training function across allocated business units. The role focuses on talent development and implementing the learning strategy with strong client engagement.
You will manage a team of trainers, drive performance, and establish best practices across units while supporting 24/7 rotational operations from Claremont. A management degree and OD/ETDP qualifications are preferred.

The purpose of the role is to manage and govern the operational training function for allocated business units. In addition, you will be responsible for contributing towards effective talent development across business units and ensure that the learning strategy is operationalized across allocated business units.
This role is based in Claremont with rotational shift 24/7, Monday to Sunday.
