Job description

Octane Marketing is looking for a Content Lead to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of content across our digital and brand initiatives. This role suits someone who enjoys bringing structure to creative work, collaborating closely with a creative team, and helping ensure content is consistent, well-planned, and aligned to campaign objectives.

What you’ll be involved in
  • Coordinating monthly and quarterly content planning to support campaigns and key marketing moments
  • Supporting campaign planning discussions and helping translate ideas into structured content roll-outs
  • Facilitating regular content planning and alignment sessions with internal teams
  • Preparing clear and detailed creative briefs and supporting workflow management using project tools
  • Reviewing content and designs to help ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
  • Collaborating with copywriters, designers, and strategists to align messaging, visuals, and intent
  • Supporting the coordination of content across digital channels to ensure a cohesive brand experience
  • Monitoring content performance and contributing to insights and improvement opportunities
  • Helping keep internal teams aligned on timelines, priorities, and deliverables
What we’re looking for
  • Experience in content creation, content planning, or social media within a fast-moving environment
  • A good working understanding of digital marketing formats and platform best practices
  • Strong organisational, communication, and briefing skills
  • A good eye for detail and an understanding of brand consistency and quality standards
