Job summary

Chainlink Recruitment is looking for a Senior Consumable Sales Rep to join their team in Waterfall, Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a valid driver's license. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and servicing accounts. The position requires a self-motivated individual who can effectively manage time and organize their work. The candidate will need to have competent computer skills in MS Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with existing and new customers.
• Service the existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts.
• Plan and organise daily work schedules to call on existing or potential new accounts.
• Resolve customers complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and preparing reports.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plan and monthly analysis.
• Provide high levels of service ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Co‑ordinate activities within the company to ensure customer commitments.
