Job summary

Standard Bank Group in Roodepoort invites applicants for a role in the inbound/outbound contact centre to sell banking and insurance products in line with business needs.

You will help develop customer loyalty through proactive management and maintain a consistently professional image in all interactions, while demonstrating motivated self-management and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• FAIS and RE accreditation is preferred.
• 1–2 years sales or contact centre experience.
• Experience in insurance sales is an advantage.
• Understanding of banking practices is beneficial.
