Job summary

The role requires a First Degree in Business Commerce with FAIS Representative qualifications and 5-7 years of frontline banking exposure, plus ability to collaborate across branch functions and provide practical customer insights.

Qualifications

Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking

To ensure the effective functioning of a Point/s of Representation (POR/s) including operational aspects (e.g., security, cash, etc.) and sales and service matters in line with client experience and laid down requirements. (Applicable where UB I, Cash Consultant I and CLO are present).
