Talent Evolution is seeking an experienced Consultant Journey & Retention Manager to join our marketing team in a health and beauty environment. You will own onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and reactivation initiatives, while optimizing consultant journeys and reducing friction across channels.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Management, Retail Management, Customer Experience, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing, digital marketing or corporate communication environment.
• Strong understanding of customer or Consultant journeys, engagement and retention.
• Experience with CRM, digital communications, loyalty, incentives or referral programmes.
• Exposure to training, learning and development or digital enablement would be advantageous.
• Experience in direct selling, FMCG, beauty, wellness or skin care would be advantageous.
• Analytical and able to turn feedback, data and insights into practical improvements.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple initiatives.

• Own onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and reactivation initiatives.
• Identify Consultant friction points and implement journey improvements.
• Monitor Consultant journey performance and recommend interventions.
• Own Consultant communication requirements, calendars and channel strategy.
• Manage requirements across email, WhatsApp and other Consultant channels.
• Improve communication effectiveness and reduce duplication and communication fatigue.
• Define CRM, audience, segmentation, targeting and automation requirements.
• Work with the Digital Support & CRM Specialist to implement journeys and campaigns.
• Monitor CRM performance and recommend improvements.
• Identify Consultant training and enablement requirements.
• Coordinate Training Academy requirements and learning journeys.
• Monitor training participation, completion and impact.
• Manage requirements for rewards, vouchers, incentives and referral programmes.
• Drive Consultant awareness, participation and adoption
