Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment within the construction industry.
• Track record of sourcing and placing candidates in project management, engineering, surveying, architecture or trades.
• Strong knowledge of construction terminology and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates in a competitive market.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and online sourcing tools.
• Office-based role within a team environment.
• Tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for construction roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract construction professionals.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and site-readiness.
• Build and maintain relationships with construction clients.
• Provide candidates with information about opportunities and career paths.
• Utilize recruitment databases, networks, and industry events to identify talent.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding.
• Record all recruitment activities in the ATS.
