Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant for its Construction and Property division in Mahikeng, North West. The role operates on a hybrid model, combining in-office collaboration with remote work to source and place professionals from site engineers to project managers.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong client relationships, and stay informed on market trends and salary benchmarks to meet placement targets and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment, preferably in construction, engineering or property.
• Ability to source and engage candidates for technical and managerial roles.
• Strong understanding of construction/property markets and roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract skilled professionals for construction and property roles.
• Conduct interviews and reference checks to assess technical/managerial fit.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for clients in construction and property.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and understand project pipelines.
• Source candidates through networks, job boards, and outreach.
• Monitor market trends and salary benchmarks for the sector.
• Hit placement targets and revenue goals.
• Provide market insights to clients on talent availability.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Utilize ATS and databases effectively.
