Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in construction, engineering, or trades roles.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry landscape and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a client-facing, office-based role in East London.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for construction-related roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates with experience in civil engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, and trades.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of construction professionals.
