Stefanutti Stocks Inland is seeking an experienced Site Administration Manager to join the project team on a large-scale construction project in Gauteng. You will take overall responsibility for the site administration function, establishing efficient processes, trackers and reporting schedules to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related field is advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant administrative experience, with 5+ years in a senior/site role.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects is highly desirable.
• Strong computer literacy with MS Office and document control discipline.

Responsabilités

• Take overall responsibility for the site administration function and ensure efficient processes.
• Supervise and coordinate the site administration team and workloads.
• Coordinate site personnel administration, records and mobilisation activities.
• Oversee time and attendance, timesheets and payroll coordination.
• Maintain document control, filing, trackers and reporting dashboards.
• Support procurement, commercial and finance with administrative records.
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, packs and minutes; provide management reports.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with procedures throughout the project.
