Stefanutti Stocks Inland is seeking an experienced, proactive and highly organised Facility Manager to join the project team on a large-scale Multi-Disciplinary Construction Project in Gauteng.

The role covers site facilities management, site logistics, and coordination of services such as cleaning, waste, pest control, sanitation, water supply, and security to ensure safe, efficient site operations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in managing project facilities and site support services.
• Ability to coordinate site offices, welfare facilities and related services.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive approach to problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Take overall responsibility for the effective management of project facilities and site support services.
• Coordinate establishment, maintenance and operation of site offices and welfare facilities.
• Ensure facilities are safe, clean, functional and professional.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and upkeep of project facilities.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and address defects promptly.
• Coordinate temporary facilities as project workforce changes.
• Support day-to-day site logistics and movement of temporary facilities.
• Liaise with departments regarding material deliveries and major logistical requirements.
