Placements24 in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga is seeking a Specialist Recruitment Consultant with expertise in Construction and Property to source and place site engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors and architects.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build long‑term client relationships, and contribute to the firm’s regional expansion, with a hybrid schedule combining office time in Nelspruit and remote work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruitment experience, with focus on Construction or Property.
• Experience sourcing for roles like Project Managers, Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Town Planners.
• Strong knowledge of the Nelspruit/Mpumalanga construction/property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process for Construction/Property roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, including contractors and developers.
• Conduct market research on talent availability and compensation in Nelspruit.
• Source candidates via networks, events, job boards, and outreach.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to meet requirements.
• Meet or exceed recruitment targets for the Construction/Property division.
