Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for Centurion, Gauteng. You will lead construction projects from inception to handover, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality targets are met.

The role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management across multi-disciplinary teams in a hybrid work setting. The ideal candidate has a civil engineering or construction management background, 5+ years of project management experience, and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera P6.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record managing diverse construction projects (commercial, residential, industrial).
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6); CAD knowledge is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee full lifecycle of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate on-site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain communication with clients, architects, engineers and stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, and reports.
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery with specified quality.
