Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in construction.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a construction team.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices on construction sites.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily activities of construction crews, including skilled trades and laborers.
