Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a Construction Estimator.
• Proficiency in estimating software and understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specs, and bid documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Quantify materials, labour, and equipment required for projects.
• Obtain quotes from suppliers/subcontractors and analyse bids.
• Prepare accurate tender submissions and cost proposals.
