Qualifications

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
- Review project plans, specifications, and other tender documents to understand project scope.
- Calculate material quantities, labor costs, and equipment needs for each project.
- Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating pricing where necessary.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals in a timely manner.
- Analyze project risks and potential cost overruns.
- Maintain a database of historical cost information for future reference.
