You will quantify labour, materials and equipment, source quotes, and maintain historical cost data. The role offers a hybrid work model with development opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator or in a similar cost analysis role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing structures relevant to KwaZulu-Natal.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Timberline, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities
