About the Role

As a key member of the guest services team, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of guest requests, from local recommendations and travel arrangements to special occasion planning. This role requires an individual with impeccable communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and an extensive knowledge of the Centurion area and its surrounding attractions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Anticipate and fulfill guest requests, providing personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local activities.
• Arrange transportation, tours, and reservations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guest preferences.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and services in the Gauteng region.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to arrange guest services.
• Maintain guest preference records to offer tailored experiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar guest-facing role within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Excellent local knowledge of Centurion and surrounding areas.
