Qualifications

• Previous experience in Concierge or guest relations role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Excellent knowledge of Port Elizabeth and surrounding attractions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and a pleasant, professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with booking systems and local service providers.
