Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
• Experience with health insurance and retirement plans administration.
• Proficiency in HRIS and advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Hybrid work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Mossel Bay, Western Cape area is a plus.
