Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health or community support.
• National Certificate or Diploma in Mental Health, Social Work, or related field.
• Understanding of mental health conditions and recovery principles.
• Ability to handle crisis situations and manage challenging behaviors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
