Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, assisting with daily living activities and personal care needs.
• Implement individualized support plans, promoting independence, skill development, and community engagement.
• Facilitate participation in social, recreational, and educational activities.
• Support clients in maintaining their health and well-being, including administering medication as prescribed.
• Report and document client progress, concerns, and any incidents according to organizational policies.
